        Yes it can.. If you use unicode representation within character streamers you build a picture of characters and so can arrange them in any order.

So if we are talking English you could arrange a String to read "hsilgnE" by specifiying "\u0068\u0073\u0069\u006c\u0067\u006e\u0045"

So any unicode represented character can be displayed, the problem is that the application must take into account the size of characters and use property files throughout for text display resources.
