[OpenMap Users] MapBean printing [Contribution]

I have created two classes to expand upon the capabilities currently provided by the MapBeanPrinter class. There are two classes, AbstractMapBeanPrinter and DefaultMapBeanPrinter. The abstract class contains some general facilities for manipulating MapBean printing, and the default class is an example of how to subclass the abstract class, and simply does exactly what MapBeanPrinter does now.
 
This addition allows a user to add additional elements to a print-out, and also allows a user to set the size and position of a map on the printout.
