This last one is not a MapMouseListener interface method, it's a
GestureResponsePolicy method the OMGraphicHandlerLayer implements. You
need to return "Gestures" in the
MapMouseListener.getMouseModeServiceList() method if you aren't doing
things the OMGraphicHandlerLayer way.
