[OpenMap Users] question on drawing an OMCircle over a possibly same colored map region

I have a potential problem in drawing an OMCircle over certain regions
of a map. There is the potential that part or all of the OMCircle will
be on top of a region colored with the same color. Ideally what I'd like
to do is be able to determine the underlying color and then change that
part of the circle's circumference but this sounds pretty much
impossible to do given the openmap api as I understand it. Any advice?
The location of the OMCircles and the same colored regions varies and
cannot be predicted in any way.
I'd appreciate any advice that anyone may be able to offer on this.
Best Regards,
Adam
