Hi Kwang,

If you've updated the OMGraphicList for the layer, just call
doPrepare(). That will call the prepare method in a different thread,
and this will let the new OMGraphics be generated with the current map
projection. It will also call repaint() on the layer to get the new
OMGraphics painted on the map.
