Thanks for your help.
The error message <LayerHandler: Skipped "My_Image" - unable to create>
does not appear anymore after
changing to capital I.
However, the JPEG file is still not displayed.
In the picture.csv, there is only one line which is
42,-73,40,-72, /pict/picture.jpg
Is this the correct way to create the csv file ?
