If you get to a point where you use the Batik library to get access
to features and their lat/lon values, it would be a very simple thing
to write a layer to display them. We use the Batik library to handle
SVG symbols, but we don't get involved with the data to a point where
we try to get to the coordinates. If you write code that gets to the
coordinates, let me know and I'll help you write the layer.
