You would set the planet parameters in the Proj class, and make sure
that the computeParameters() method used the new values.
You can override and redefine the Proj classes you want, and then use
them by setting them in your properties file to be used by the
ProjectionFactory. The openmap.properties file has an example of how
to do this.
