[OpenMap Users] Package 4.6.2 rebuild to double format

Hi all,

I rebuilded the 4.6.2 package to double format to solve an high-scale
(1:100-1:50) precision error.
This means that all interfaces are modified and it is not compatible
with older versions.

Reading mailing list archive I've found that it's a common problem, so
if someone needs a temporary solution (from version 4.7 this bug will be
solved) can take a look at
http://www.integra-web.it/openmap-4.6.2-double_rebuild.zip.
It's just a little more than a find/replace conversion, but seems to
work fine (not all features are tested yet)...
