[OpenMap Users] Range Rings

There appears to be some problem with Range Rings when setting length
such as Nautical Miles. The tool creates the range ring graphic fine.
The problem occurs when I change the length - it freezes my application.
All of the other drawing tools work properly. Has anyone had this
problem?
