[OpenMap Users] possible bug in DrawingAttributes Object

Hi Don,

I have been playing around with the EsriPlugIn object and noticed that
it fails to update the pointRadius and pointOval DrawingAttributes
fields correctly.

Further investigation shows that the EsriPlugIn uses the
DrawingAttributes.setTo(DrawingAttributes clone) method, which fails to
record the values of the pointOval and pointRadius fields.

However the DrawingAttributes.setTo(OMGraphic graphic) method does
record the values for these fields.

Is this deliberate, or is this a bug?
