It's a bug that's been fixed. You can check the new version out of
cvs on the website. We should be making an official release soon.

I've checked into this a while ago, and I think you have to do
something similar to what the com.bbn.openmap.layer.vpf package does
with it's feature type handling - you'll have to figure out how to
pull out desired features from the data structures based on their
geographic location, and create OMGraphics from that information.

You might want to contact guillaume.pelletier at dotvision.com, he's
working on a library to display S-57 data. He's also the one that
provided the fix for the problem you're seeing.

I didn't have a problem parsing the file with the new code, so I
think that's fixed.
