Hi Emily,
I think I would generate the OMArc, get the Shape object from it, use
an iterator to get the x, y pixel points you were interested in, and
then inverse project them to get their coordinates.
I think the code that calculates the end points is in the Projection,
and the Projection just works off the parameters set from OMArc in
Projection.forwardArc(...).
