[OpenMap Users] Digital Terrain Elevation Data (DTED)

Hi,

does someone know where can I download whole world DTED level 0 data?

I have found NGA Raster Roam web
(http://geoengine.nga.mil/geospatial/SW_TOOLS/NIMAMUSE/webinter/rast_roam.html).
i think that in this web you can only download small regions (is limited
up to 22MB).
