Hello

I have problems with OM freezing on a dual core box. So I ran OM with the
ThreadCheckingRepaintManager installed.

// doing this in my code
RepaintManager.setCurrentManager(new CheckThreadViolationRepaintManager());

See

http://weblogs.java.net/blog/alexfromsun/archive/2006/02/debugging_swing.html

for more info.

I get lots of this

EDT violation detected

So are these really EDT violations, and could it be these violations that
are causing OM to lock up?
