Hi Jamie,

The java runtime should have the openmap/share directory in the
application classpath, since that's the parent directory of the data
directory that starts the relative path of the shape files.

Relative paths require that their parent directories be in the
classpath at runtime. You can also change the paths (specified in
the openmap.properties file) to be absolute paths or a URL.
