Hi John,

The cntry02 data was downloaded from ESRI's data site a while ago, and
is in WGS-84 coordinates. The dcwpo-browse shape file was created
using the OpenMap VPF2Shape program from the VMAP level 0 reference
data, and that data isn't in WGS-84 coordinates (I can't remember
offhand what it is, but it doesn't match up with other WGS-84
coordinate data.
