[OpenMap Users] customize OMGraphic in a point layer?

hi everyone,
  if i have a layer composed of points, say airport locations, is there a way to customize the OMGraphic to display the points as airport symbols (from a .gif or .jpg) instead of an OMPoint, OMRectangle, or OMCirle?
