OpenMap doesn't contain code that will georectify images. The approach
I'd like to investigate to do this would be to use Java Advanced Imaging
(JAI) to warp the image using the WarpOpImage class, some Projection
object that defines the projection of the image (source), and a
Projection class that describes the image of the map (destination). The
API looks like this would work, I just haven't gotten around to testing
it yet.
