One way to test this is to grab those query strings and drop them into
firefox or something of the like. You will either get back an image or a
.cgi file. I just dropped these in and got back a .cgi. If you open that
file it will tell you the reason you are not receiving an image back (In
this case a badly formated BGColor argument). I had no luck using the
WMSPlugin itself (too many errors in the WMS string format from it!) so
I used the test code I gave you to make the connection and download the
image. If you resolve all of the WMS format issues it should be a simple
case of plugging the image you receive back into a layer and displaying it.
