Hello,
I think that ETOPO1 is the only version supported right now. I just
looked at the data format for ETOPO2 and it looks better than before,
but has some changes that would need to be incorporated before it
could be displayed. Namely, the hdr file should be read to create the
parameters that were previously assumed. After those parameters are
set, the MSB 2byte grid data looks like the version most closely
resembling the old format.
