Hi Rob,
I checked into this, and it looks like the CVS server doesn't know
about OpenMap since we switched to SVN for OM5 (We're not planning on
updating the 4.6.x branch any further). The SVN repository for OM5 is
here:
http://openmap.bbn.com/svn/openmap/trunk
