[OpenMap Users] How to get an OMPoint.Image drawn at a particular spot

I have a couple of png files which I am using the OMPoint.Image class in
openmap 4.6.5 to render them. How do I get the image to appear at a given
point. For example if my image is a circle, how do I get the centre of the
circle to be drawn at the latitude and longitude specified in the
constructor?
