Hi Sekcuk,

There's been some work done to do this in the OpenMap 5.0 beta
(available via svn on the website), but it's not complete. The map
can be rotated, but the corners of the rotated map aren't filled in
due to some clipping occurring somewhere in the rendering chain. I
don't think the mouse modes are entirely functional with the rotation
yet, either.

To rotate the map, there's a method on the MapBean to set the rotation.
