[OpenMap Users] MIL-STD-2525 Symbols

I have been looking at the symbol and there appear to be some of the
symbols with incorrect file names. For example ifapsrmd-------.png file
name indicates that it is a friend symbol but when you look at it is
obviously a neutral symbol as it is in a green square. I am using the
MIL-STD-2525 jar from OpenMap 4.6.5, has this been resolved in OpenMap
5.0?

Also what is the licence on the images? Are you free to modify them for
you own use? I would like to modify some of them to be the inverse version
of the symbols and have a transparent background so when I overlay them
they aren't covering any symbols behind them.
