[OpenMap Users] Geo referencing a layer

Hi all,


I have created a layer in Openmap. The layer i created represents 1500 kms
in width and 1500kms in height.I want to place it on the map, and it should
be exactly mapped onto the map, such that it is Geo-referenced(it shud
represent the 1500 kms(radius) on the map ). I want to place this at certain
latitude and longitude.


I am actually reposting my question, coz i guess my mails are bouncing back
or my question was not clear in the previous mail.
