Hi Saglietti,

You can call:

((LayerHandler)mapHandler.getClass
(com.bbn.openmap.LayerHandler)).turnLayerOn(visibleFlag,
shapeLayerEdifici);

where visibleFlag is a boolean for whether you want the layer to be
on (true) or off (false).
