[OpenMap Users] Map Rotation and Map Bean Resizing

Hi,

  I am doing map rotation using affine transform on Graphics. There is
clipping on edges. In order to cater for that i have
increased the size of map bean to be bigger than frame.

 The problem is resolved and all shape layers are drawn perfectly.

  However, other OMgraphics objects are not drawn properly. They get
partially clipped. For example a circle would get
half drawn with this new mapBean setting.

 Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
