Found an issue with the ImageTileLayer. I have a JPG with a JGW world file. The image displays fine, but when zooming out the imageCutoffRatio is triggered to display an outline of the image. Keep zooming out, the outline does not keep up with the changing projections.
I've tracked it down to the generate() method in OMScalingRaster. The getNeedToReposition() method is keeping the outline from getting reprojected. Any ideas why this is happening?
