The visibility setting should be honored by the OMGraphic code, but your patch might be making the setting in the wrong place. I think that TemporalPoint should be updated to contain a visibility boolean, so the visibility of a TemporalOMGraphic can be adjusted based on settings at a given time. Setting visibility on a TemporalOMPoint with the current code won't take time into consideration, so you're going to end up with the point being visible as stated at the last entry for that point in the csv file.
