The API doc describes "The PropertyHandler object is
the organizer of properties, looking for settings on
how to configure OpenMap components. ... It's assumed
that many objects will want to contact this object,
and find the properties that apply to them."
Does PropertyHandler handles openmap.layers and
openmap.startUpLayers as well as openmap.components?
Is there any way to load these properties from three
different files in the PropertyHandler class?
